- Payment information — processed securely by our payment providers; Salt Warrior does not store your card details

- Information you enter into the Salt Warrior Zone Checker tool, including property address

- Referring website or search terms used to find our site

3. Who We Share Your Information With
We share your personal information only where necessary to operate our business.
The third parties we work with are:
Shopify — our e-commerce platform provider. Your order data, name, address and contact details are stored and processed on Shopify's platform. Shopify is certified PCI DSS compliant. For more information see shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Australia Post — your name, delivery address and contact details are passed to Australia Post to fulfil and track your delivery.
Payment processors — we accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal and AfterPay. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance framework. Salt Warrior does not receive or store your full card details.
Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This service collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, session duration and device type. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-outbrowser add-on.
Supabase — the Salt Warrior Zone Checker field study platform uses Supabase as its cloud database backend. Property address data and zone assessment results entered into the Zone Checker may be stored in Supabase for platform operation and product researchpurposes. No personally identifiable Zone Checker data is shared with third parties or used for marketing.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. Ever.
4. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers — including Shopify, Google Analytics and Supabase — store and process data on servers located outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure those providers maintain privacy standards consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. Salt Warrior only sells and ships to Australian customers.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to operate the shopping cart, remember your preferences, and collect anonymised analytics data. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of our website, including the shopping cart.
We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.
