Salt Warrior is a brand of Salt Warrior Pty Ltd (ABN 11 697 541 905), Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia. References to "Salt Warrior", "we", "us" and "our" in these terms refer to Salt Warrior Pty Ltd.

By accessing or using saltwarrior.com.au, using the Salt Warrior Zone Checker tool, or purchasing any Salt Warrior product, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, pleasedo not use our website or purchase our products.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published at saltwarrior.com.au with the date last updated. Continued use of our website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
Our website and products are available to Australian residents only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are located in Australia, are 18 years of age or older, and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. We do not sell or ship internationally.
3. Products & Orders
Product descriptions: We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, dilution ratios and application guidance on our website are accurate and current. Minor variations in product appearance,colour or packaging may occur between batches and do not constitute a defect.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we willcontact you before processing the order.
Order acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email and dispatchyour order. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if a pricing error has occurred, or if we are unable to verify payment.
Stock availability: All products are subject to availability. We will notify you promptly if a product you have ordered is out of stock and offer a refund or alternative where applicable.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through our approved payment providers. Salt Warrior does not store your payment card details. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to usethe payment method provided and that the information supplied is accurate.
In the event of a fraudulent or disputed transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, available at saltwarrior.com.au/policies/shipping-policy. By placing an order you agree to the terms of that policy. Salt Warrior ships to Australian addresses only.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, available at saltwarrior.com.au/policies/refund-policy. Our policies operate alongside and do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Product Performance Disclaimer
Salt Warrior products are formulated to neutralise and remove soluble salt deposits from surfaces and to reduce the rate of salt-induced corrosion when used as directed.
The following limitations apply:
- Salt Warrior does not stop corrosion completely. In coastal environments, salt exposure is ongoing and corrosion will occur over time regardless of treatment frequency.
- Results depend on zone of exposure, application frequency, dilution ratio, surface type, existing corrosion, and environmental conditions at the time of application.
- Performance claims published on our website and packaging are referenced to laboratory and field testing conducted under specific conditions. Real-world results may vary.
- Salt Warrior is not a substitute for professional corrosion assessment, structural inspection, or remediation of existing corrosion damage.
- The Salt Warrior Zone Checker is an educational tool. Zone classifications are indicative and based on straight-line distance to the nearest detected ocean or surf break boundary. They do not constitute aprofessional corrosion assessment or engineering advice. For a professional on-site soluble salt test, contact Inspectra Pty Ltd or a NATA-accredited testing laboratory.
- Recommendations for professional salt wash frequency and DIY salt wash treatment frequency published on our website are general guidance based on zone classification. Individual properties may requiremore or less frequent treatment depending on specific exposure conditions, local topography, prevailing wind direction, and sheltering.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on saltwarrior.com.au — including text, images, graphics, brand names, product names, logos, the Salt Warrior Zone Checker tool, and all associated code and data — is the intellectual property of Salt Warrior Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected byAustralian and international copyright and trademark law.
